About Purpose Driven Solutions

Purpose-Driven Healthcare Solutions exists to restore purpose, stability, dignity, and care.

Founded by Chante Wright, MA, MSN, RN, the company was created to address one of healthcare's most human and operational challenges: helping organizations build healthier, more stable workforce cultures where nurses can stay, lead, and deliver strong care.

Founder identity

Built from nursing experience, long-term care leadership, and a personal understanding of burnout.

Chante Wright brings more than 30 years in nursing, graduate training in nursing education and gerontology, long-term care and geriatric expertise, and more than 12 years as a Director of Nursing. Her background gives her firsthand understanding of facility pressure, staff morale, leadership strain, burnout, and the realities of retaining nurses in demanding care environments.

Purpose-Driven Healthcare Solutions was formed from what she saw repeatedly in healthcare: nurses leaving environments they once felt called to serve, facilities trying to fix retention with surface-level solutions, and long-term care being undervalued despite the skill, compassion, and leadership it requires.

Mission

To restore fulfillment, stability, and purpose to the nursing profession by aligning healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations with their highest calling, where purpose, passion, and patient care unite.

Vision

A healthcare system where nurses work in environments aligned with their authentic purpose, creating stronger retention, healthier workplace cultures, and exceptional patient care.

Philosophy

We believe nurse retention is not solved by inspiration alone. It improves when people, purpose, leadership, culture, and systems are aligned. Nurses are more likely to stay when they feel seen, supported, properly placed, and connected to meaningful work. Organizations are stronger when retention is treated as a leadership responsibility, not just a staffing problem.

Company values

Principles that guide the work.

Purpose Before Placement

Retention improves when nurses are aligned with the right role, environment, strengths, and purpose, not simply placed wherever there is an opening.

Transformation Over Compliance

Compliance matters, but sustainable retention requires stronger leadership, healthier culture, clearer purpose, and systems that help people stay.

Integrity & Accountability

We own outcomes, not just tasks. The work is grounded in honesty, follow-through, and a willingness to face what is actually happening inside the organization.

Empowerment Through Self-Discovery

Nurses and leaders perform at a higher level when they understand their strengths, values, purpose, and best-fit environment.

Compassion With Accountability

Healthy cultures require both empathy and standards. People need support, clarity, responsibility, and consistent leadership.

Purpose-Led Efficiency

Meaningful work and efficient systems belong together. The goal is to build smarter systems that support people and scale impact.

Legacy Over Short-Term Gains

The work is built for long-term workforce stability, not temporary fixes. It should outlast one leader, one workshop, or one staffing crisis.

Respect for Long-Term Care

Long-term care deserves serious attention, strategic investment, and solutions designed for the realities of residents, nurses, leaders, and facilities.

Purpose-Driven Healthcare Solutions exists to help healthcare professionals and organizations return to what should have never been lost: purpose, stability, dignity, and care.
